The Problem
Manual, subjective technical hiring without bias detection. Traditional recruiting platforms lack technical assessment capabilities and rely on manual, subjective evaluation. Hiring teams needed a unified platform that could handle the full pipeline — from sourcing through technical assessment to offer — while ensuring fair, unbiased evaluation at every stage. Existing tools could not combine live coding, video screening, and ML-driven scoring in a single workflow.
Our Approach
We built an end-to-end recruiting marketplace with live coding assessments, video screening, and AI-powered bias detection. The platform matches candidates to roles using ML-driven scoring across both technical and behavioral dimensions.
Quality was paramount — the platform ships with 17,800+ automated tests covering unit, integration, and end-to-end scenarios. The bias detection system monitors scoring patterns in real time, flagging potential inequities before they affect hiring decisions.
