The Problem
No systematic way to monitor and analyze app store reviews at scale. A SaaS company needed to understand what users were saying about their apps across multiple platforms and languages. Manual review monitoring was time-consuming, inconsistent, and could not scale. Emerging issues went undetected for days or weeks. Product teams lacked a systematic way to track sentiment trends, identify feature requests, and prioritize bug reports from user feedback.
Our Approach
We built a production NLP platform that ingests app store reviews in real time from multiple platforms, analyzes sentiment and topics using custom models, and surfaces emerging issues through predictive analytics — before they become trends.
The entire platform was built on serverless AWS with 27 CDK stacks, supporting 10 languages for full internationalization. The architecture is designed for scale — handling high volumes of reviews with automated categorization, trend detection, and executive dashboards.

Review Ingestion
Automated collection of app store reviews from Apple App Store, Google Play, and additional platforms. Real-time ingestion pipelines ensure reviews are captured within minutes of posting.
NLP Analysis
Sentiment analysis, topic extraction, and automated categorization using custom NLP models. Reviews are scored, tagged, and grouped by theme to surface actionable insights.
Predictive Analytics
Trend detection algorithms identify emerging issues before they become widespread. Historical pattern analysis predicts sentiment shifts and flags anomalies in real time.
Multi-Language Support
Full 10-language internationalization across the entire platform. NLP models handle review analysis in multiple languages with locale-aware sentiment scoring.
